Anne-Sophie is an experienced Registered Nutritional Therapist and Oncology Nutritional Consultant with over four years of extensive training from reputable institutions such as the College of Naturopathic Medicine and the Oncology Nutrition Institute.                        Her practice is firmly grounded in the Functional Medicine Model (FMM): rather than simply managing symptoms, she works to identify and address root causes and underlying contributing factors.

Because each person has a unique genetic makeup, life journey, lifestyle and dietary preferences, her approach is always personalised, tailored and science-based.

Her passion for complementary nutritional oncology comes from her own experience with cancer. Having navigated that journey herself, she is wholeheartedly dedicated to supporting others facing the same challenges. She views cancer not only as a genetic condition but also as a metabolic one, and focuses on addressing terrain imbalances through epigenetics, nutrients and lifestyle factors, guided by cancer metabolic phenotypes. She strongly advocates an integrative approach that combines conventional medicine with complementary therapies, helping transform the body's internal environment through nutrition, lifestyle and mindfulness.

Deeply passionate about Ayurveda, she has completed her studies at Vaidyagrama Healing Village in Tamil Nadu, South India, and integrates the ancient wisdom of the rishis and vaidyas into her root-cause approach to healing.
